The Gateway is Nottingham’s biggest conference hotel — 10 meeting rooms, the Orchard Suite splitting into five separate spaces, and capacity for 250 delegates — so most of our bookings here aren’t single airport runs, they’re multi-day event logistics. If you’re organising a conference, we can run a shuttle pattern across the whole event: delegate airport pickups on day one, hotel-to-venue transfers each morning, and a coordinated return run once it wraps, all from a single point of contact rather than juggling multiple taxi bookings.
For individual guests, it’s a straightforward door-to-door transfer to the hotel itself — useful given the Gateway’s location a little further out from the city centre than Nottingham’s other conference hotels, which makes public transport less convenient for evening arrivals.
Best for: multi-delegate conference logistics, group shuttle coordination, and evening arrivals where the hotel’s out-of-centre location makes a taxi rank less practical.
